The Stainless Steel Neck Die Decapping Base simplifies the neck sizing and decapping process when using Wilson neck sizing dies. Cases are pressed in with Arbor press to size the neck then flip die over on base to decap and press case out of die. Primers are collected below in empty cavity. Base works with all Neck Die Calibers.
